Note that some hotels, especially outside the major towns and in remote areas and in high season, only hold rooms against a paid booking, so it is a good idea to pay your deposit sooner rather than later, and in any event no later than 7 days after the date of this email; after this we cannot be sure of holding tour and hotel places. If you are booking within 4 weeks of your start date , then you should make your payment right away.
After the payment is made, we’ll send you a confirmation email and updated invoice. If you are paying a deposit, please note that the due date for final payment is 45 days before ; this is also the last date you can cancel your trip and have your deposit refunded.
If you have registered with Other Path Travel, you can view your invoice and itinerary at any time by logging into the Other Path Travel website and selecting Profile & History from the drop down menu.
